What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out time is at 11 am and check-in time is at 3 pm. Late check-out is available until 1 pm, only for online bookings and subject to availability.

The apartment is cleaned when booking a minimum of 6 nights/7 days. Cleaning will be carried out halfway through your stay and it includes changing towels and sheets. When booking less than 6 nights, cleaning is not included. Cleaning service can be hired upon request and at extra charge.
Up to what age are they considered children?
Children are considered to be up to 11 years old included. Children aged 0-2 can stay for free provided they share a bed or use a cot (reservation must be made at least 24 hours before arrival and is subject to availability).
What services do the apartments with kitchens at Spirit Apartments Valladolid Centro offer?
The apartments are fully furnished so you can feel at home. They feature a desk, Smart TV, free WiFi, and a and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware: two burners, microwave, and fridge. Food products are not provided.
You will also find an iron and a welcome cleaning kit. The bathroom has a rain shower and a hairdryer. A clothesline and a crib are available upon request and free of charge.

Yes, we have private underground parking with limited spaces. El You can access the parking lot on the day of arrival, subject to availability. If our parking lot is full, you can park in the blue zone around the establishment.
What are the rules at Spirit Apartments Valladolid Center?
- To access the apartment, you must pay 100% of the reservation amount before arrival, otherwise you will not be able to access the apartment. Cash payments are not accepted, nor can payment be made at the apartments.
- Self check-in is required in order to enter the apartment.
- The apartment is not responsible for belongings left in the room, nor for belongings left in cars parked in our parking lot.
- Smoking in the apartments and common areas of the building is strictly prohibited. If smoking occurs, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €100, which will be applied to the card used to pay for your reservation.

Yes, we are located in the heart of the city. Just a few minutes walk from some of the city’s main sights, such as the Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor, or the Palacio de Santa Cruz. We are also nine minutes away from the University of Valladolid and five minutes from the Law School.
Is there a supermarket near the apartments?
Yes, and you have many choices! There is an Alcampo supermarket 100 metres away and a Mercadona supermarket 400 metres away.
