If you are looking to temporarily rent a flat in Bilbao for work, study or home renovation reasons, our apartments are available for days, weeks or months. All the comforts of a fully furnished and equipped apartment with a kitchen, living room and one or two bedrooms.

Do you have a 24-hour reception at Spirit Apartamentos Atxuri?
Yes, of course. You can contact us at any time during the day. If no one is available in person at that moment, we will assist you by telephone on 633 31 46 09 and will come to the apartments whenever necessary.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards. If you wish to check in later than 8 pm, you must complete both the payment and pre-check-in procedures. To do so, please contact us on 633 31 46 09 and we will send you the necessary information.
Check-out is at 12 noon, except for bookings made via the website, whose check-out time is up to 1 pm, subject to availability.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we offer a free luggage storage service so you can explore Bilbao without worrying about your bags.
I’m travelling with my pet and looking for pet-friendly accommodation in Bilbao. Do you allow animals?
Yes pets are permitted in Standard Apartments, with a maximum of one pet per apartment. A supplement per night applies, and guests must notify us when booking.
Pets are not allowed in Premium categories.
I’m looking for accommodation near Bilbao city centre with private parking. Do you have private parking? Is it necessary to book parking in advance?
Yes, we have private parking, which cannot be reserved in advance. Availability will be confirmed upon arrival. Parking access is only possible after 3 pm, and the exit must be made before 12 noon.
Is there free Wi-Fi in the apartments?
Yes, we have free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
What is the cleaning policy for the apartments?
One cleaning service every 7 days is included when booking the apartments. We will of course clean the apartment once your stay is over. In addition, we offer a daily cleaning service at an extra cost.
Are the apartments fully equipped for my holidays in Bilbao? What services do the apartments offer?
Our apartments have everything you need to feel at home during your holiday in Bilbao. They feature a desk, TV or Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, fridge, kitchenware (crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils), oven, Italian coffee maker and juicer.
They also have an iron and a welcome cleaning kit. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.
There is heating in all apartments, and the Premium Apartments are also equipped with air conditioning and a capsule coffee machine.
We are a family with children going on holiday to Bilbao. Up to what age do children stay for free?
Children aged 0-2 years can stay for free provided they share a bed or use a cot (reservation is on request and subject to availability).
Can I add a cot or extra bed to the apartment?
Yes, cots are available (free of charge, subject to availability). We advise you to request one in advance to ensure availabilty. We do not have extra beds.
How do I get to Spirit Apartamentos Atxuri?
By car: easy access from the AP8 motorway, both for entering and leaving. Bilbao Metro: 10 minutes’ walk from Casco Viejo station (lines 1, 2 and 3). From there you can reach the city centre, San Mamés Stadium or surrounding towns.
There are two options for city buses: Line 77 and Line 40. Both are connected to the city centre.
By Bilbao Tram. It is a 5-minute walk from the apartments, providing easy access to Abandoibarra and the Guggenheim Museum..
How can I get to Spirit Apartamentos Atxuri from Bilbao Airport (BIO)?

- Take the Bizkaibus A3247 from the airport to Alameda Recalde 14.
Head to Gran Vía to catch bus line 77 and get off at the Atxuri 49 stop.

That’s right! We are located just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. Furthermore, the Atxuri / Geltokia-Estación bus stop is 450 metres from the accommodation, making it easy to explore the rest of the city.
What’s more, it’s perfectly connected! We are within easy reach of the AP8 motorway and close to bus, underground and tram lines, so you can discover Bilbao and its surroundings quickly and effortlessly.
Is it easy to visit the surroundings of Bilbao from Spirit Apartamentos Atxuri?
Yes, thanks to our excellent road access, it is really easy to visit Bilbao sourroundings from the hotel. You can plan trips from Bilbao to San Sebastián in approximately one hour, or to the Basque coast beaches in about 20 minutes. In addition, the nearby motorway makes it possible to take day trips to Getxo, Plentzia, or the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve
Is there any supermarket where I can do my shopping?
Yes, an Eroski supermarket is an 8-minute walk away, and a Carrefour Express is 11 minutes away. There is also a Mercadona supermarket just a few minutes away by car.
